Individual Counselling & Psychotherapy Fees

Self-Referral – Private             £50 – £75 per session

  • Assessments are charged but there is no obligation or pressure to book more sessions.
  • Each session lasts 50 – 60 minutes.
  • Sessions can be face-to-face, Skype, FaceTime, telephone.

  • Referral via Employer
  • Insurance Company, EAP etc.      Negotiable £

Student Counsellors / Psychotherapists  £45 per session

  • These are required therapy sessions for students training to be Counsellors/ Psychotherapists only.  Each session lasts 50 – 60 minutes.

Missed appointments or late cancellations

When we arrange an appointment to meet, that time will have been specifically allocated to supporting your needs. Please respect that and ensure that you attend all sessions in a timely manner. 

If you fail to attend your appointment, or if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, unless I can back fill that session with another client, you will be charged for that hour.
